CHANGING THE NARRATIVE NOT BY SHOUTING LOUDER, BUT BY LEADING SMARTER
HOW IT STARTED...
A Story in Motion Studios launched at the start of 2026 — but it didn't start there. It started years earlier, in the late nights and long campaigns of a career spent learning what actually moves a brand forward and what is important to business owners and marketing managers.
I'm Rachel. I've spent over 15 years inside the engine rooms of brands — across e-commerce, fashion, leisure, property, sports, and automotive — both agency-side and client-side.
There was a point where I had a choice: keep building other people's visions, or build the agency I'd always wished existed. One built on intelligence, honesty, and genuine care for the work, people and clients.
That's what A Story in Motion Studios is. Not a big team pretending to be bigger than it is. Just senior-level thinking, real experience, and a genuine investment in getting it right for the brands I work with.
I don't believe in shouting the loudest to be heard. I believe in clarity, strategy, and doing the work properly — because that's what actually earns attention and builds momentum.
I care about the brands I work with as if they were my own. That means honest advice over easy yeses, and being an extension of your team rather than another agency on the payroll.
This is still early days for A Story in Motion Studios as a name. But it's not early days for the experience behind it — and that's exactly why I built it.
WORK BUILT ON
WELLBEING,
NOT BURNOUT
Many environments still struggle to see the full strength of women in leadership. Too often, female voices are asked to adjust, minimise, or wait for permission. We believe in a different approach — one where expertise is respected, collaboration is equal, and leadership is defined by capability, not comparison.
We don’t just champion women; we champion anyone whose ideas spark change. We believe progress is built in partnership, not in hierarchy. We show up with respect, clarity, and accountability — because real confidence doesn’t need to shout.
